At Japan Academia Club Indonesia, we empower our members to be curious, critical, bold and professional. As a community, we try to bridge the gap between students of Japanese studies or general students who are interested in Japanese culture, and Japanese companies in Indonesia.
ABOUT JAPAN ACADEMIA CLUB INDONESIA
Just another connecting bridge
Japan Academia Club started in 2017 spreading in 3 South East Asian Countries; Myanmar, Vietnam, and Indonesia. Japan Academia Club Indonesia based in Jakarta for its main activities. We are a student based community under the management of JAPI (Japan Association for Promotion of Internationalization) and we try to feel the gap between the life as a student and the life after graduation, focusing upon Japanese company in Indonesia.
"Millenials are struggling to get jobs" or so the Forbes article said. For us students it's not only about the matter of job vacancies, but also about information availability; where to gain experience, where to find job, what kind of companies exist, what is that company about, how is the working environment in that company, and the list goes long. Therefore, we would like to gather those information, to understand the world after graduation, to be prepared.
However, our aim is specific. Our members came from various major of study, yet we are connected by one interest, which is upon Japanese culture and working environment. Thus we are aiming to connect fellow students, who are also interested into Japanese culture and working environment, and Japanese companies in Indonesia by providing needed information.
